Morning of Reflection
for all Eucharistic Ministers & Ministers of the Word, on Sat 26th Jan from 10am to 1pm in the Coimín Centre. This is open to all in Blessington (Crosschapel, Manor Kilbride) Valleymount (Lacken) Eadestown (Kilteel) we hope it will be a time of reflection & prayer to help deepen our faith & appreciate the importance of our ministry as a service to the Catholic Community when we celebrate the Eucharist. We hope you can join in on the day of reflection.

West Wicklow Cancer Support – Has your life been touched in any way by cancer. We are holding an “Inner transformation” with Essential Oils 6 weeks Meditation sessions hosted by Gemma Deeny of Yogagym commencing on Wednesday 23rd January from 11.30am to 12.30pm in the Primary Care Centre, Blessington. World Day of the Sick 2019 will take place on 9th February in All Hallows, Drumcondra (9:30am to 1.00pm) on the topic “Community struggle with addiction - A Pastoral Response”.  Mass for World Day of the Sick will be held on 10th February in Corpus Christi 3.00pm. More details closer to the time please save the dates!

would like to thank all who are supporting the Parish Neighbourhood Collection & the Parish Development Fund Boxes (PDF boxes) in Church of Our Lady.

The money raised through the Neighbourhood Collection and the PDF boxes stays in the parish
so by your contributions you are supporting your local parish and we are most grateful. If you have ANNUAL Envelopes & MONTHLY Envelopes that have not been collected, please drop them into the Parish Office or into one of the collection bags at Mass on Sunday.

Standing Order Forms are available if anyone would like to set up a regular monthly payment.

St Brigid's N.S. Manor Kilbride
are now accepting enrolments for all pupils wishing to start in September.  Please contact the school office on 01 458 2550 for an enrolment form. St Brigid's will also be having an open evening for all prospective students and their families on Tuesday 19th February.  The school will be open from 7pm till 8pm. Upcoming Fundraising Events for “OsKaRs Night” in aid of Blessington FC & Blessington Community College.
Sparkling Afternoon Tea on 26th January in the Kilteel Inn from 4:30pm.  €20 per head & all proceeds are going to the Football Club & Community College.   A raffle will be held on the night of some lovely gifts just in time for Valentine’s Day.  All very welcome.

 Blessington Comhaltas: Classes in Bodhran, Concertina, Whistle, Flute, Beginner Fiddle, Intermediate Fiddle, Tunes Class, Singing Class with Phil Callery of The Voice Squad for all ages, Guitar Lessons, Ceili Band, Ballads with Bat Kinane (Songwriter). We have 2 Harps to loan + lessons through Wicklow Music Generation / Blessington Comhaltas. Classes begin on Sunday 13th Jan at 5pm in Tramway Theatre, St. Mary’s SNS. Our Lady of Lourdes Novena, Mary Immaculate Parish in Inchicore is holding a Novena with  Fr Brian de Búrca,  OMI from 2nd to 11th February. Mass & Novena Prayers from Monday to Friday at 10am, Saturday 11am and Sunday 11:30am & 7pm.  Novena Prayers & Devotions will be held each night at 7pm. On Saturday 9th Mass & Anointing of the Sick takes place  at 11am and on Monday 11th  there will be a Torchlight procession following the 7pm Mass.  List of hymns are available from www.litmus.dublindiocese.ie All most welcome.
